First Sakura Mochi of the Spring

I had some awesome sakura mochi at a Kyoto maccha teahouse famous for its azuki bean confections. This one uses a sakura flavored crepe instead of the usual mochi. The leaf is pickled in salt. It is a wicked taste. Read all about it on KyotoFoodie.
